Since our items are food-based, we follow strict hygiene and quality rules for returns and refunds.


1. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned after delivery:

  • Spices (whole or powdered)

  • Tea & coffee

  • Herbs

  • Saffron

  • Any food-related items

Once opened or delivered, they cannot be reused or resold, so we do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong quantity ordered by customer


2. When Can You Request a Return?

We only accept returns in the following rare cases:

Wrong item received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Damaged product

If the item arrives physically damaged, torn, or spilled.

Tampered packaging

If the sealing is broken, tampered, or unsafe to consume.

Expired product

If the product delivered is already past its expiry date.

In these cases, we will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.


3. Return Request Time Window

You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this window may not be accepted.


4. What Evidence Do We Need?

To process your request smoothly, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of packaging/tampering/damage

  • Short description of the issue

5. Refund Options

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be provided in one of the following ways:

Store Credit

Issued instantly and usable on any future order.

Refund to Original Payment Method

May take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Replacement Product

A new, fresh pack will be shipped free of cost.


6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to:

  • wrong product

  • damaged packaging

  • expired item

…then Prakruthika will cover all return shipping charges.

If the customer has ordered the wrong product by mistake, return will not be accepted.


8. Delivery Issues

If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will raise a ticket with the courier partner

  • Replacement/refund is processed after investigation
